Libitum started in 2010 as Tillvalsportalen in Trollhättan in Sweden. We deliver solutions for the entire customer journey from sales to aftermarket.
Our services are both for refurbishment and new construction and the system has functions to support different types of contracts ie. rental and fully owned. We are also established in the Nordic market; Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The system also available in English.

Here you can add all information that is relevant about the project, and residence specifics such as blueprints, contract etc. The customer can make all necessary design choices as well as upload manuals and other things related to their home. The housing developer can through the system manage issues and cases with all involved parties; suppliers, constructors, surveyors and other contractors.
In the home owners interface there are relevant functions to simplify the process of making all necessary choices. The customers logs into their page = their digital apartment where all necessary information about their home is available.

The Production System comes with a range of functions that simplifies and reduces the administration for residential developers and all involved parties; buyers, suppliers, contractors etc
